Seven Years is a thought-provoking documentary series that follows the lives of a group of British children from the age of seven for decades, reinterviewing them every seven years to show their growth, change and trajectory. Watching this series, I felt the passage of time and the impermanence of life, and deeply realized that everyone\'s life is an evolving story.

First of all, what I feel most about this documentary is how time flies. Over time, these children grow into teenagers, adults, middle age and old age. Their faces and appearance have changed dramatically, but in their eyes I can still see the innocence of the seven-year-old child. This made me deeply realize that time is merciless, and we all inevitably face the traces of years, so we should cherish every moment, live in the moment, and live every day.

Secondly, this series shows the diversity and uncertainty of life. These children come from different family backgrounds and social classes, and their life paths are different. Some people have achieved great success in their careers, some face challenges and difficulties, some choose to pursue their dreams, and some are forced to compromise by reality. This diversity makes me understand that there is no fixed pattern and trajectory in life, and each of us is constantly exploring and choosing to determine our own destiny.

In addition, the series also reflects the influence of society on individual development. From early social class to family environment, from educational level to economic conditions, these have shaped the growth trajectory of these children to varying degrees. Some life experiences in the documentary made me deeply feel the importance of social equity and equal opportunities. Everyone should have equal opportunities to realize their dreams without being restricted by social conditions.

Finally, this series has also brought me thoughts and Revelations about life. Watching these children grow into adults and into middle age and old age, I realize that life is fragile and we need to cherish what we have in front of us. At the same time, I also realized that life is a continuous journey, and success and happiness are not achieved overnight, but through unremitting efforts and accumulation.

Overall, watching the documentary series 7 Years of Life is a profound experience. It makes me re-examine my life, understand the precious time, cherish every moment, and make me more open and inclusive to look at different life choices and paths. This work is not only a documentary recording individual growth, but also a profound reflection on life and human nature, which benefits people a lot.
