1. Lamp bead

LED lamp bead is the key and life related important component of LED display screen. 2. Production and transportation

In the production process of LED display, anti-static measures must be taken. How to prolong the life of LED display？

1. Provide stable power supply Stable power supply can provide stable voltage, which is not easy to cause local high temperature damage, and ensure the normal operation of LED panel.

2. The lamp bead is the key to affect the life of the LED film mounting screen. When planning the project, specific brands and models of reliable LED lamp beads, switching power supplies, and other raw materials should be specified.

3. Take heat dissipation as a central work from module design to project implementation and even future system maintenance; Reduce LED working current; Properly configure LEDs to make each primary color LED attenuate synchronously.

4. Outdoor LED panels have a rest time of more than 2 hours every day, and at least once a week in the rainy season. Turn on the screen at least once a month and light it up for more than 2 hours.

5. Regularly check whether the anti-corrosive and anti rust paint on the product surface and the steel structure welding joint falls off. If there is peeling or rust, please spray antirust paint or antirust paste in time.
